Our corporate and people exposures have clearly shown that conventional training programs though having powerful topics seems to have limited impact on a individuals learning. Hence at iPause we have replaced traditional training structures into 'awareness' workshops. Our workshops are designed to create thought provoking process which results in 'sustained incremental changes in behaviour'.
